Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants of the Asia Pacific Conference on Psychology & Counselling (APCPC). By registering for and participating in the event, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you register on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure that the participant is aware of and agrees to these terms.
Registration Fees
- The registration fee includes conference proceedings, morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea for all three days of the conference, as well as dinner on the third day.
- The registration fee does not cover accommodation, visa application fees, or transportation costs.
Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
- Full payment must be received on or before 17 April 2026.
- The registration fee is inclusive of an 8% service tax.
- All bank charges and foreign currency exchange differences are the responsibility of the payer.
- Withdrawals must be submitted in writing to the Program Organizer.
- No refunds will be issued for withdrawals; however, substitutions (replacement participants) are permitted with prior written notice.
- In the unlikely event of conference cancellation by the organizer, a full refund of the registration fee will be issued without any administrative charges.
Conference Updates
All official conference information and updates will be sent electronically to the email address provided at the time of registration.
Photography & Video
By registering for this conference, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded (video/audio) during the event. Such media may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the conference website, social media platforms, and marketing communications.
- If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the conference staff at the registration desk upon arrival.
Code of Conduct and Disruptive Behavior
- By participating in the conference, you agree to abide by the Conference Code of Conduct (available on the conference website).
- The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission to, or remove from the event (onsite or online), any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or negatively impacts the event or other participants.
Intellectual Property & Posting Content to Social Media
- All conference materials, including but not limited to presentations, slides, posters, abstracts, and papers, are the intellectual property of the respective authors and presenters.
- Authors and presenters retain ownership rights over their content.
- Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials presented at the conference without prior written permission from the author(s) or the organizer.
- No part of the conference may be recorded, reproduced, or transmitted in any form (including but not limited to video/audio recording, photography, photocopying, or digital storage) without the explicit written permission of the organizer.
